But if something’s not quite right, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

 

    •    You have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

    •    Because each piece is one of a kind, we cannot guarantee exchanges for the same item, but we’re happy to offer a store credit or help you find something else.

    •    Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our end.

 

To start a return, email us at looksgood.seattle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.We’ll guide you from there.
